Welcome to Doach Life. Doach Life is a brand operated by 7 Hanna Holdings LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. The terms “Doach Life,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 7 Hanna Holdings LLC, doing business as Doach Life.

Doach Life operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

To access or use certain Services, including purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions and representations of our products. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, production methods, and the materials used.

Many of our products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Sizing, color, print placement, embroidery, and appearance may vary slightly between individual products and from digital product images or mockups. Minor variations that are customary in apparel manufacturing, printing, or embroidery are not considered defects.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of a product will precisely match a digital representation or meet every subjective expectation. This does not limit remedies available for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products under our Refund Policy or applicable law.

Product descriptions, prices, designs, colors, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

An order is not accepted until payment has been authorized and we confirm the order. If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number provided with the order.

Please review your product, color, size, quantity, personalization, and shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

Because many products enter production shortly after an order is submitted, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately at admin@doachlife.com if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once fulfillment has begun, an order generally cannot be modified or canceled.

You represent that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, PROMOTIONS, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, shipping offers, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of evident errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other governmental charges.

Prices and promotions offered through our online store may differ from those offered through other websites, marketplaces, events, or third-party channels.

Promotions may be governed by additional terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will control for that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, shipping, and account information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and agree to pay all authorized charges, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may require both production time and carrier transit time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, natural events, government actions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or must be reshipped because an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

If an order appears to be lost, damaged in transit, or delivered incorrectly, contact us promptly at admin@doachlife.com. Claims will be handled under our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their content—including trademarks, brand names, logos, text, designs, slogans, graphics, photographs, product artwork, reviews, video, audio, and the selection and arrangement of that content—are owned by or licensed to 7 Hanna Holdings LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes only. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, sell, license, or transmit materials from the Services, except as allowed by applicable law.

The Doach Life, Doach, Moach Life, Moach, and related names, logos, designs, product names, slogans, and brand elements are trademarks or intellectual property of 7 Hanna Holdings LLC or its licensors. They may not be used without prior written permission.

Shopify’s names, logos, products, services, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, products, services, designs, and slogans appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or other right to use intellectual property belonging to 7 Hanna Holdings LLC, Shopify, or any third party except as expressly stated.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, or services offered by third parties that we do not control.

Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, endorsements, or conditions of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable third-party provider.

New tools, resources, integrations, and features offered through the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may include content, materials, functionality, or links provided or operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for evaluating or guaranteeing the accuracy, security, availability, or content of third-party websites or services. If you leave our Services to visit a third-party website, you do so at your discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for harm or damages arising from your access to, reliance upon, purchase from, or use of third-party websites, products, services, resources, or content.

Doach Life is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are made directly from 7 Hanna Holdings LLC, doing business as Doach Life.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our store and is not responsible for transactions between you and Doach Life, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased through the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to purchases and transactions made directly with Doach Life.

SECTION 11 – REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND USER CONTENT

If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise provide reviews, photographs, ideas, suggestions, feedback, proposals, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant 7 Hanna Holdings LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use that Feedback for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

1. You own or possess the necessary rights to submit the Feedback.
2. The Feedback does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
3. You have disclosed any compensation, free products, discounts, or incentives associated with the Feedback.
4. The Feedback is accurate and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or malicious content.
5. The Feedback does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We have no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, compensate you for Feedback, or respond to Feedback.

We may monitor, edit, decline to publish, or remove Feedback that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Information provided through the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when information is materially inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

If we cancel an order because of an error, we will refund amounts paid for the canceled portion of the order.

12. To engage in conduct that restricts another person’s use or enjoyment of the Services or that may expose Doach Life, 7 Hanna Holdings LLC, Shopify, or users of the Services to harm or liability.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably determine that these Terms have been violated.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to all or part of the Services if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person, or if suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users.

You remain responsible for amounts properly due through the effective date of termination.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

Information presented through the Services is provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee that all information will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for every purpose.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY DOACH LIFE OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE EXCLUSIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 7 HANNA HOLDINGS LLC, DOING BUSINESS AS DOACH LIFE, AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AS WELL AS SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WAS DISCLOSED.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7 Hanna Holdings LLC, doing business as Doach Life, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:

1. Your material breach of these Terms or policies incorporated into them.
2. Your violation of applicable law.
3. Your infringement or violation of another person’s rights.
4. Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim. Failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve your obligations unless the delay materially prejudices your ability to respond.

We may control the defense and settlement of a claim at our expense or, where legally permitted, at your expense. We will not agree to a settlement that imposes a nonmonetary obligation on you without your reasonable consent. You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of an indemnified claim.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms and the policies and operating rules referenced in them constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements concerning the Services.

Any ambiguities in these Terms will not automatically be interpreted against either party as the drafter.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer, delegate, or assign these Terms or your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent.

We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change in control, or transfer of the Doach Life business, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to the Services or purchases from Doach Life are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, you and 7 Hanna Holdings LLC consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or serving Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

You may review the current version of these Terms on this page at any time.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version through the Services. When required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.

Changes become effective on the date stated in the revised Terms. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
